Dean Delpeache is the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Fiix Software and is responsible for executing the talent strategy and partners on the diversity strategy for the organization.

Dean has worked in the technology industry in Toronto for the last 10 years in the area of Talent Acquisition, Attraction and Management. He has conducted workshops and has been a conference speaker throughout North America to both professionals and students.  His passion revolves around talent, recruitment, diversity and is an advocate of creating inclusion in the workplace. Dean possesses a Masters in Human Resources Management from York University and has completed a Certificate program in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College.
