Dean Delpeache is the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Fiix Software, where he's responsible for executing talent strategy and is accountable for the diversity and inclusion strategy. Dean has worked in the Toronto tech scene for the last 10 years, during which he's focused on Talent Acquisition, Attraction, and creating frameworks for Equity. He has conducted many workshops and has been a conference speaker throughout North America, delivering talks to both students and industry professionals.
