Erin is Head of Talent Acquisition at Rothman’s Benson & Hedges, the Affiliate of Philip Morris International in Canada. Joining RBH in 2018, Erin brings in with her 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining RBH, Erin held a variety of HR Managerial positions in JYSK, Staples, Brookfield Real Estate Services, Bell and Enterprise Holdings. Erin is a Human Resource Professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Frasier University and is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning. She has been a CACEE member since 2001 and rejoins the CACEE Board of Directors as Director Employer, focusing on Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.
